Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow brings the series' stealth into VR. The gameplay trailer moves through lockpicking, shadowy streets and close encounters, where every sound can give a thief away. For Vertigo Games, the music needed to hold that tension while leaving room for the details of play.
We led the music direction and licensing, then built sound design around the footage. Quiet movements and small physical sounds keep the viewer close to the action. When the pace shifts, the music and effects move with it.
The separate reveal trailer for Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow was a finalist in Best Use of Production Music in a Video Game Trailer at the 2025 Music+Sound Awards. It was also nominated for Best Use of Production Music in Gaming at the 2026 Production Music Awards.
